I had a wonderful stay at the hotel, with clean and nice rooms offering a great view of the surrounding area. The service was exceptional, with everyone from reception to waiters being very courteous and accommodating. The location is stunning, perched at the top of the hill with amazing scenic views, though a bit far out. The dining experience was a highlight, especially the delicious Sri Lankan food. Overall, a great stay with some minor drawbacks.
The hotel offers good rooms with a breathtaking view of the mountains in Kandy but needs renovation, located at the back near a loading dock. The service was friendly but had some hiccups like finding ingredients. The location was wonderful overlooking the mountains, though not central. Dining options were varied and appealing.
